5.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jin77 Account are derived from legitimate sources, are legally yours to use, and are not proceeds of criminal activity. 6.3 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before the deposited amount can be withdrawn. This requirement applies even if you do not claim any Bonus. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before you can withdraw the deposited amount plus any winnings.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

jin77 offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion page and must be explicitly claimed by the User (automatic crediting applies only where specifically stated).

Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 5x to 35x the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount). Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots (100%), live casino (20%), sports betting (50%), sabung ayam (100%). For example, a Rp 500,000 Bonus with 30x wagering playing slots requires Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before the Bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

7.2 Bonus Restrictions

While wagering a Bonus, maximum bet per spin/hand/bet is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Exceeding this limit will void the Bonus and all winnings derived from it. Certain games may be excluded from Bonus play or contribute at reduced rates; excluded games are clearly marked on the promotion terms page.

Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period (typically 7-30 days from issuance). Unused Bonuses expire automatically after the validity period and cannot be reinstated. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will forfeit the Bonus and all Bonus-related winnings, leaving only the original deposit and non-Bonus winnings available for withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jin77 reserves the right to void Bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend Accounts engaged in Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit Bonuses, using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Our decision regarding Bonus abuse is final and not subject to appeal.

8. Betting Rules and Game Play

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once placed, except in cases of obvious technical error (e.g., grossly incorrect odds, system malfunction). You are solely responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. jin77 is not liable for bets placed due to User error, including accidental clicks, misunderstanding of odds, or failure to read game rules.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and VIP tier. Attempting to place bets exceeding your available Account balance will result in bet rejection. Attempting to circumvent betting limits through technical manipulation, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means will result in bet voiding, winnings confiscation, and Account suspension.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. We reserve the right to suspend betting, adjust odds, or void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, event postponement, cancellation, or incomplete information. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.

Live betting (in-play betting) odds change dynamically based on match events. We are not liable for delays in odds updates, temporary market suspensions, or inability to place bets during high-traffic events. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

jin77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, Bonus abuse, provision of false information, money laundering concerns, abusive behavior toward staff, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other Users.

Upon Account termination, any outstanding Bonus funds will be forfeited. Legitimate funds (verified deposits and non-Bonus winnings) will be returned to the User after completion of any ongoing investigations and deduction of any outstanding fees or charges. Refund processing may take up to 30 days for complex cases.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to applicable wagering requirements). Accounts with zero balance for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jin77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of jin77 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

Technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, and software malfunctions may occasionally occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such technical issues unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jin77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
